Im back from east coast park.haha, it was an awesome day. I woke up at like 11am today, then had lunch, and went out to shop for chinese new year clothes. YAY! After that, we went to east coast park to cycle, oh yea, after the previous time I cycled, Im like addicted to cycling, I guess.haha (: East Coast Park was filled with lots of people, partying over the new year, and it was really dangerous cycling around like a beginner, especially with people who walk around you like they're drunk and gonna knock into you anytime, but anyway, i survived it.
Then had dinner there, it was fantastic. With satay, ketupat, fried oysters, chilli clams, chicken wings. o.o, I love shelly food.haha, yea, and again, happy new year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!


Went for countdown at Marina (: At first we wanted to go Marina barrage, but it was blocked by the police cos' it was full by the time we got there. Then I was pretty disappointed, but my dad drove around the area to find a parking lot so that we could walk down to marina instead. haha, it was crowded but the 气氛 was superb! Ok, needless to say, the fireworks were awesome, especially the last one. Shall upload two pictures here which I think are the best, and the rest are already on facebook. (: happy viewing!























haha, watched AVATAR with my mum on wednesday and the movie was awesome too!!! You should catch it when you're free. It was full of suspense, tension, and filled with happiness, sadnessand everything else. The most importantly, you will definitely feel touched at the end. omg, wonderful movie !!! :D

YAY, going cycling tmr at east coast park and school reopens in 2 days time! and it's gonna be year 4 orientation! WHOOTS!!!

OK, I shall first start with what happened this week then go on to details of the Taiwan trip. Hmmm, this week has been quite fulfilling. Well, last Sunday, we went to the botanical gardens to see the whole row of Christmas trees, and the Christmas decorations at Orchard road, then had dinner at Plaza Sing. Hmm yummy! I remembered we had a Christmas tree when I was born until I was in kindergarten 2, then we shifted to Bukit Timah and we threw away tt Christmas tree. D: so, im now constantly begging my papa to buy one so I can decorate.YAY, and put the star on the top of the tree. :D


Monday-Wednesday was class chalet, but I didn’t go, hope you all had fun! And Wednesday was TBY outing at ECP, and I also didn’t go. Aww…


Celebrated my birthday on Thursday, although it came really late, (one month minus 4 days) late, it was a good one. (which meant that my birthday was on 14/11. Heh heh). Haha. I also had a celebration in Taiwan with bsp ppl, thanks all! And thanks everyone who have gave me presents! I had the usual black forest chocolate cake and took many photos with all the presents my parents bought from Japan, and presents which I bought for myself in Taiwan.hahas, Lots of keychains, soft toys, carvings, musical box, lavender dolls from my parents, and shoes, bag and wallet for myself. sooo happy!!! We had chilli crab, garlic prawns, small kalian, fish bee hoon and deep-fried man tou for lunch that day. Yummy! Omg, the best day of the year and best food of the year (apart from CNY reunion dinner ) :D happy happy happy!!!

Then today, we went to East Coast Park to cycle. We just learnt that in Taiwan so I went to try it out and surprisingly, I could balance moderately well. Haha(: We cycled around 10km back and forth along the beach. YAY! Then went to have lunch at Macdonalds- GRILLED CHICKEN BURGER WITH SEAWEED SHAKER FRIES, yeap, and cut my hair plus h1n1 injection in afternoon. Slept until 6 and woke up for dinner and watched the channel 8 7pm show, haha, going to watch the 10pm show later on channel U, the super nice police show which is ending tonight. D: awww…

Ok, enough of the post-taiwan activities, I shall start blogging about the bsp trip today. Hmm, it was a fulfilling 28 days. Athough I’ve been to Taiwan before, this trip was more special because I visited many schools and made many new friends.haha, and our driver “龙哥也占了我生命中的二十八天。” quoted from 龙哥. Heh heh. Well, I wouldn’t be blogging everything about the trip, I’ll just pick out a few more special incidents to share. (:

First of all, of the schools we visited, I like 太巴朗特色原住民小学and 康桥高中 the most. Yibei don’t like康桥高中 because her buddy isn’t very good to her, but I like my school and homestay buddy, so I’m quite okay. Maybe because we stayed at康桥高中 one week so I have more memories there (?), while I only stay at other schools for half a day. Haha, but all the schools are equally good lah. 太巴朗特色原住民小学 is the most fun because we get to play with primary 4,5 and 6 kids. They are very friendly and naughty in a good sense, always enthu in everything. But sometimes they are too enthu that they will beat you (YIBEI) up. Haha, 谁叫你跟他们结为兄弟! We taught them many new things like countries, body parts e.t.c. We also taught them how to fold balloons, haha, not only did they learn, I also learnt from 小萍姐姐 (my favourite tour guide) how to fold a dog out of a long long balloon. YAY. But behind the happiness hides the dark truth. (LOL) Many of them come from singe parent family or others are orphans but they still enjoy life, sometimes even more than we do. hmmm, 这是我们该学习的地方。

Next, my homestay! YAY! My homestay is more special, because I stayed at two homes. My buddy, Ruby has a very good friend, Lynna. And Huiting’s homestay buddy is Lynna. So, for the first night, we stayed at Lynna’s house, then at Ruby’s house the next night. We also went out together, to Taipei 101, 淡水，公馆，十大夜市. WOW, speaking of Taipei 101, hmm I went there around 3 times already, haha, it’s like more times than I go tampines mall.haha.LOL. Then we went shopping at淡水，公馆 and 十大夜市. Haha, I can only use one word to describe -- 赞！

Also, I learnt many things. Like kneading doughs, making pineapple tarts and 芋头丸汤. I also learnt how to cycle and fold balloons. Haha, and I finally realized cycling is fun.really fun. The greatest achievement is that I finally learnt how to play bridge. YAY! I bid for 6 no trumph! Lol. The thing I’m most proud of is that I tried the G-5 roller coaster. It’s 90 degrees downwards. Just like committing suicide, except it’s faster with the speed of the roller-coaster and that you’re tied to the roller-coaster seat which ensures you won’t die. LOL. Omg, the first roller-coaster I ever took, apart from the kiddy ones. Haha, I always waste my ticket in Disneyland or universal studios, cos I always sat the merry-go-round horse only, and went around eating and shopping for souvenirs instead of trying out the rides.haha. ok, 突破突破!

Well, other interesting things which happened is that I lost my beloved little pillow which I brought over there to sleep with. Awww, I never once slept without my pillow, I brought it for level camps and overseas holidays, but I lost it now. Crap. So my mum replaced it with a lavender pillow she bought from Japan, haha, YAY! 可是它是无法代替以前枕头在我心里的位置。 Lol, sound so drama. Haha. And yibei kept complaining that I bathe too long so she restricted me to only 15mins, but I exceeded by 5mins, and the after effects, rashes all over the lower end of my leg . Ouch.

Me, qiurui and yibei also took turns to knock our heads. Firstly, qiurui was doing 翻筋斗 on the bed, but unfortunately landed her head on the floor. OUCH 1! Then, Yibei knocked her head on a piece of cement sticking out of the wall. OUCH2! And the third, three of us got hit by the stupid mini television on top of our heads in the bus. Everytime we got up, you would hear someone say “OUCH! 我的头！” haha. Then, also part of yiren’s braces dropped during the trip, haha, tt’s the funniest thing which happened. LOL.

Oh yea, and I managed to watch 下一站，幸福, 桃花小妹 every weekend and 恶魔在身边 霹雳 MIT every night in Taiwan. Whoots! We also went to many 偶像剧拍摄现场 : 《转角遇到爱》的木屋、《命中注定我爱你》纪存希和陈欣怡接吻的地方、《换换爱》的摩天轮，《花样少男少女》的学校。羡慕吧？

Yeap, overall, the trip was really exciting but one month is a bit too long, 3 weeks would just be allright. Hmmmm, and I have to worry about a mountain of homework and some stupid CO stuff. 我的天啊！救命啊！we’re going to have tby huibao next Tuesday which I very much would want to pon because I’ve been overseas for one month and have not even practiced yangqin for one month and one week, there’s no way I’m going to solo one grade 8 song. but lingrong too 可怜了, so I decided I shall go. We’re going to play 乡村抒怀, ok, I bet everyone has heard before but there’s no reason for anyone to reject it, since it’s under grade 9 kaoji songs. Heh heh. And there’s some 团员大会 food which we have to prepare and yet, our proposal keeps getting rejected by whoever that rejects it, and the person says we have to be more creative. Isn’t sandwich with egg, lettuce, butter, tuna spread and ham delicious enough?! Wat the crap. So we decided to have mango saga dessert but we’re still not sure if the whoever will reject it. D: If it really gets rejected again, I’m seriously going to find the person who rejects it and blow my top off him. Rarhs. Other than that, we have like one whole week of CO jixun from 9am to 5pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9am to 8pm(?) on Friday because of the团员大会. SIAN, why can’t they leave the preparation of the food for团员大会 until next year so when we’re year 4s next year, we don’t even need to bother. Haiz.

YO ppl! I'm like blogging in KangQiao's library. WOW, their school is like on top of a super high mountain and our first impression was like "OMG?" They also had a huge escalator at the front gate and yibei thought for once, that she was in a shopping centre. It was pretty okay studying and attending their lessons. Shall blog more when I return one month later.WOOTS!

WOW. my phone has officially died on me so i'm now living without a phone. so don't call or sms during this period of time.
hmm, went for the BSP trip briefing today, and I realised I'm short of long-sleeve shirts.o.o and also presents as a token of appreciation for the host family in KANGQIAO high school. Well, it's really a headache trying to figure out what I should buy for them, because the present has to be useful for the whole family.oh wow.OH YES, so don't call or sms me from 8nov to 5dec unless you want a bomb in your phone bill. HAHAS, had the last day of the long weekend dedicated to jiaxin and jiamei and sheila. went out with jiamei and jiaxin today for lunch. Actually sheila also wanted to come but she has something on, so dint make it today. We went to eat at the 日本村 at Northpoint. WOW, northpoint has changed a lot since the last time I came, and the last time I came was around last year when we went bowing at Orchard country club.hahas.
The food there was delicious.oohs. After eating, we went to the library to read books and slack a while.hahas, the library was exceptionally noisy, unlike the Bugis library which was so quiet that even if you yawned, everybody would stare at you. hmm so we went to read books there, and I continued reading the book I borrowed with limin and qiurui the other day. Jiamei went to search for her romance novels, while dumb dumb jiaxin went to find this kiddy kiddy 红楼梦 with lots of pictures on every page and has hanyu pinyin at every line.hahas. a bit de ....-..-
well, had lots of fun today.
oh well, my parents are going to china and hokkaido when Im in Taiwan.WOW, looking forward to presents (: hehheh. talking about taiwan, I think we are so fortunate, cos we can watch 下一站幸福 FIRST HAND!!! (: hahas, going to watch the novel version on internet le, bye!

omg.im so bored.hmmm, school's gonna start tomorrow which means test papers are to be returned tomorrow.WOW. -..-
Well, went out with jiamei they all yesterday. We actually wanted to watch April's bride then go see lee min ho, but realised that the GV at plaza sing did not have that movie cos' this movie is only being shown in certain cinemas. so well, our 计划泡汤. So we went to eat lunch and walked around until about 2smth then we went to Etude house. They said lee min ho's going to arrive around 4pm but surprisingly, the police cancelled his appearance due to security reasons.WOW. Around 4pm, the poor security guards announced that he won't be coming, and limin was so upset.LOL. I think it's because the response was too overwhelming and the police were scared that his fans would just run up to him and hug him or smth that would put his safety at risk, so they cancelled. Since they know that lee min ho is like a rising star in Asia, especially with the 韩流 and BOF craze, they should have expected this amount of people to turn up, morever, this is free. They should have built a stage so that more people could go and didnt need to squeeze like wad happened.LOL. Anyway, i guess the whole crowd were all disappointed, but luckily, they had this free gift to give away, and so, we decided to go get one.HAHAS. It came in either pink or blue with his picture and Etude house logo.

YAY!!! EOY is finally over!!!

its like so fast, yesterday was just like stepping into the new dhs campus then today we're done for one year!!! YAY! hahas, sooooo happy!!! And for the next 4 days, it's all marking days plus weekend and im all totally booked.hahas, tmr's outing with TBY sec3s, then friday going shopping with limin and qiurui, saturday going plaza sing to see lee min ho (: and finally sunday to my house to download audition and play badminton.hahas, life is so great after EOY.
And then on monday, something major gonna happen at the PAC, ~returning testpapers~, oh gosh la, like last year, the whole cohort will receive their paper together. it's like so O-M-G, so scary, anyway, there's nothing else to worry alr since everything is already done so we'll just have to wait tt merciless 4 days D:
Anyway, hmm bought teenage cos' its my birthday month! YAY!, jiamei ah, you shld know wad to do...hahas, jkjk. Anyway, yea it's gonna be my birthday soon, LOL. It always falls on days after we know our results, which is =..= And this year is gonna be so special, im gonna spend my birthday in taiwan since i'll be going there for bsp trip.WOW. first time spending birthdays overseas. oh yea and happy birthday to shilun too on tt day, hahas, since im so 倒霉 to have same birthday as you. LOL.jkjk :D
talking about BSP trip, yea, we'll be going to taiwan for one whole month. omg, ONE MONTH in taiwan... =..= they shld cut to two weeks, one month is just a bit too long. Ive been there before, and you just need one week to finish exploring 台北. WOW. this time one month. This is the only relaxing trip for bsp, cos the rest of the trips will have to submit 论文 alr. YAY. so must enjoy this trip as far as possible. oh ya, and we'll be going to KANGQIAO high school (?) which is a very grand school in taiwan for rich ppl and we'll be staying at their houses i guess. According to limin who went to the web to check, this school is somewhat like the schools in 公主小妹 and 花样男子. WOW, that's the only thing I look forward to.hmmm... the worst thing is im gonna share room with fangyibei and she already told me she would do all sorts of things to scare me to death, like offing the lights of the bathroom when im bathing or hide under the bed grab my legs when i walk past. I bet im gonna scream so loud that those in the rooms around us can hear me. so fangyibei, u better not scare me hor, i scream until you deaf then you know D:
Well, there's gonna be a briefing next week so i can only say more until I know more details.hahas. Im just looking forward to next year's trip when the whole BSP cohort can go together, its so fun when there's so many ppl. (: YAY.
When eoys end, it means the start of CCAs, i don't feel like going CO D: I'm already in tt holiday mood.packing stuff for my trip and watching all the dramas which I havent finished before EOYs...hmmm...
It's just so FUN after EOYS! tmr's gonna be a karaoke day with yibei, lingrong, samantha and zhongning.hahas. well, im gonna go watch dramas le.bye! happy holidays!

Just came back from a long day of talk and exhibition. In the morning, we had to arrive at school at 7.15am. Then, we went to Nanyang Girls' High for the SAP seminar. ok, it was a bit boring. Ok, but the exhibitions were cool, especially i saw Pei Hwa's panel. :D.




Well, the food there was really great, and YIBEI actually wanted like second/third servings. hmm. met old friends again, as usual. haha, and jingying was cute in her yellow blazer. hahas (:

After that, rushed back to school for LA roleplay. ok, it was a bit screwed and sorry ppl, I was late cos of the seminar. and ok fine, hope you all get the taxi claim. XD

Bio pop quiz was straight after school. Then, after school we went to this dead sea scrolls at ART MUSEUM. It was really amazing how the people actually managed to piece the broken pieces together to form scrolls. Imagine this: You bought three packets of potato chips from 7-11 of three different flavours. Then u go crush all the potato chips together and mix them together. Then try to piece the potato chips together again. It's like omg! They actually had the patience to do that, and they had to do some DNA tests for each piece. AMAZING seriously.

well, got a whole lot of CO practices in september holis and a whole lot of holi hmk, so hmmm...not blogging anymore during sept holis.

had CO passing down today,gosh, the one at the auditorium was super boring until me, lingrong, samantha, debby and huijun went to the last row of seats at the audi to talk -..- Passing down was really cold, like what happens usually, there was this gift exchange between the present and ex com, followed by some games and then the 08 com trying out some "SUPER NICE AND SPECIALLY BLENDED" food prepared by the 09 com. Then, it was internal passing down which was super fast. GOOD JOB YIBEI! (: yay and i got prezzies and nice card with lame messages -..- (: YAY.lol, thanks pple!
haha, apparently, blogger quite screwed nowadays so cant upload any photos. -..- since the font colour at blogger is spoilt and im very lazy to go find the colour codes for my font so i shall leave it at this ugly original colour.
shall change it sometime later. (:
and nowadays, conflicts are getting _______. hmm i think seiously, same gender really repel one another.

I read a story on the net and found it meaningful and REALISTIC. Anyway, here it goes:
“There was once a little village known as 鸡薯村 which had a 村长 who took care of almost everything. Every month, all the villagers in the鸡薯村 are supposed to give 3 chickens to村长 who will then sell the chickens in exchange for potatoes with other villages. The potatoes are kept in a storage room by the村长. Potatoes are considered the staple food in鸡薯村, and if the villagers needed any, they could just go to村长 to ask for some (to a maximum of 20 per month) as long as they did ‘pay’ the monthly 3 chickens.
Then one day, young john went to村长 to ask for 5 extra potatoes because the maximum 20 potatoes were already eaten and he needed some more to brew potato soup for his mother. On further questioning, 村长 then realized that young john’s mother had a kind of disease which could only be cured by drinking potato soup. 村长 was so touched by young john’s filialness that he decided to give young john the 5 potatoes the next morning since he always ‘paid’ the 3 potatoes on time.
However at night, when村长 told his wife about what young john had requested, his wife objected to his idea strongly. She said, “We cannot let this kind of things happen. If we were to allow it for the first time, other villagers will hear of it and ask for the same request in future. Morever, when your dad was 村长, he never did allow such things to happen.”
村长 was very shocked by his wife’s opinion. He felt it was necessary as his duty of村长 to help his villagers when they are in need, especially when there is a life at danger; however, he was afraid to agitate his wife.
Blah blah”
You all can predict the ending by yourselves. However, the moral of this WONDERFUL story is not whether村长 listened to his wife or did according to what his conscience tells him to. The MORAL OF THE STORY IS: for the wife to learn to be more flexible, reasonable and NOT BE SELFISH. Sometimes when you don’t get what you want in life, you may feel down. But that doesn’t give you the right to torment others and to object just for the sake of objecting. Sometimes it isn’t right to always go according to the old rule, please just learn to be flexible and reasonable. And there isn’t a need to classify people into such defined categories either. Everyone has equal rights in this place, mind you. Don’t ostracize and object just for the sake of ostracizing and objecting.

Great,next monday is research symposium so its considered a slacking day, haha just spending time at the PAC listening to presentations. :D And since next thursday is declared school holiday we wouldnt need to come school. All thanks to those graduated scholars like baojia who earned one holiday for us cos she clinched some president scholarship. But to think about it, it's sort of came at the wrong time cos now's the time for teachers to quickly rush finish the syllabus so that we can start revising for EOYS D: haiz...EOYS

YO ppl. I shall quickly post something before the schedule gets too hectic again. Hahas. Well, just got back some test papers and had some tests too. Just hope that can score well (:

And Lol. My piano exam is coming. Gosh. I think I will fail the aural part, I cant hear and sing the bass clef… My teacher says I can only sing for treble clef cos my voice automatically goes flat if its too low…haha. if I get a bass clef song for aural then Im *KEK*. XP So I really hope for a treble clef song… (: My exam just happens to fall on teacher’s day which means I cant skip any lessons, but that also means that I can sleep late and have more time to prac in the morning (: After I pass this exam, I can stop practising exam songs and play some leisure pieces which I havent been playing since I started on the exam, hahas. Isn’t tt great?! :D YAY. Finally playing piano can be something worth enjoying and not for the sake of just examination.whoots, I really need some luck from you people! Wish me good luck!

Just had the first dazu after so many holidays. Gosh, it’s very lame cos’ there’s no conductor today and its only zongyi conducting. The fun part is to see yvon asking the yuezus to tune their instrument, aha, its sort of cool to see someone from your level being student conductor. The year4s aren’t around, so me and lingrong are sitting in front, and since Zongyi is so tall, it’s like I have to raise my head so high to see his beat. The worst thing is that DYL is sitting at the front of the whole dyb section and keeps on disturbing me. RARHS, just wish he could shut his mouth up. It’s just so annoying, gosh. Anyway, it’s still okay on the overall.
Next week gonna have 听写 and maths common test. Aww…jiayous!

Great. Had CO passing down today which ended like 7.15pm. Wow and now, everyone’s talking about the new com. Whether its good or bad, up to you to decide (:

Well, some people say that the com this year quite screwed, some says its okay,LOL. I personally felt it was like sort of screwed for some posts while others were still okay. Hmm…the whole passing down atmosphere was sort of cold cos it was only the Year 4 com 自-HIGHing. =.= Then when they started laughing, we were like “er…?”
What they practically did was either do some magic or say some lame stories like “我还不知道改选谁来接任，但昨天老天爷突然托梦给我” or “我不知道让谁接棒，then a paper aeroplane suddenly flies in, then the person picks it up and read the person’s name” or even to write alphabets on a piece of paper then use a lighter to burn it then the name of the person appears. (I think Jiamei will think why so cool, but actually it’s the reaction using limewater =.=) LOL.
After the passing down, some were cheering while others were…yea. Well, if you got your desired post then congrats, but if you didn’t, juz cheer up! (: And for people like yibei who dint want the post but got it, well, JIAYOUS! Haha!
Well, she was telling me the other day that our class rocks, cos we have like so many leaders. Haha!

WOW. Amazing. Well, im gonna talk about harry potter and the halfbloodprince now. I watched it with lingrong the other day straight after shangyin. It was sorta boring to me, cos nothing is nice inside the movie, except for EMMA WATSON and TOM FELTON. It’s like so tragic, Dumbledore died, but the mysterious thing is he will reappear in the next movie (according to Limin). Wow, amazing, magic is soo powerful worhs. The only thing that entertained me the whole time was eating the 3sausages I bought (YUMMY! and I finished it), the large box of popcorn and one gigantic cup of drink which we obviously couldn’t finish. (all thanks to Lingrong who wanted lots of food to keep us occupied through the whole movie. -.- )

Haiz, the hot period of common tests is coming soon. And next Monday got to go for some lame rehearsal and after which we have to return to school for fenzu (WAT THE CRAP!!), couldn’t they just dismiss us there!?!?! Well and my piano exam is coming soon. Gosh. oh and i was blog hopping and came across someone's blog, oh wow, he's blog song is my YANGQIN kaoji song....LOL.
